These Terms and Conditions of Use (“ToU”), together with the supplementary regulations, amongst others the Privacy Policy, contain the relevant provisions which regulate your access to and use of the website www.zsig.ch (“website”). The operator of this website is the Zürcherische Seidenindustrie Gesellschaft ZSIG, Beethovenstrasse 20, CH-8002 Zürich (“ZSIG” or “we”).

Access to our website is contingent  on compliance with our ToU. When you access our website or submit a sponsorship application you agree to the current version of these ToU. Please note that this is an informal English translation of the German terms and conditions of use (Nutzungsbedingungen). In the event of any contradictions or discrepancies between the German and the English version of this privacy policy, the German version shall prevail.
